The Online Marketing Manager will work with the U.S. Ad Sales and Marketing team to strategically develop and execute integrated marketing programs, publicity, trade events and campaigns. This role will develop sales and marketing proposals including ideation, building presentation frameworks and creating custom mock-ups. The Manager will be the point of contact for creating marketing materials including newsletters, media kits and one-sheets. This role will liaise with our international offices and our global marketing, content and creative teams.
Requirements
• College Degree in Marketing or Business
• Minimum three years experience in online media marketing
• Minimum two years brand marketing experience
• Minimum one year experience managing teams and projects
• Ability to translate loosely defined marketing and sales business goals into defined online projects
• Active network and proven ability to network, partner, negotiate and integrate effectively with other business partners and clients
• Deep understanding and working experience in the online media/entertainment industry Fashion and kids experience a plus
• Outstanding demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
• Flawless attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Understanding and ability to convey legal guidelines surrounding children’s web sites preferred
